Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Bingo Coordinator to support the growth, optimisation and day-to-day management of the BOYLE Bingo product within the wider BOYLE Casino and Gaming proposition.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial background, hands-on Bingo experience and a good understanding of online gaming, including the role that Slots and supporting game content play within a successful Bingo proposition.
You will play a key role in managing the BOYLE Bingo product, optimising rooms, working closely with the Bingo network, supporting the right Slots and side game portfolio, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention and revenue.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to work across internal teams and external partners. You will help shape a Bingo product that is active, competitive and customer-focused while supporting the wider BOYLE Casino strategy.
Key Responsibilities
BOYLE Bingo Product Management
Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of the BOYLE Bingo product.
Monitor room performance, schedules, liquidity, prizes, game mix and customer engagement, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Work closely with the Bingo network to optimise the product and deliver a strong customer experience.
Support the delivery of new rooms, game formats, product updates and network initiatives.
Identify opportunities to strengthen the BOYLE Bingo proposition and maintain market competitiveness.
Customer Experience & Room Optimisation
Review room schedules, prize structures and customer engagement to improve participation and retention.
Support improvements to onsite navigation, product placement and Bingo content across BOYLE Casino.
Work with the Bingo network to test and optimise room performance.
Help ensure the Bingo experience is engaging, easy to understand and appealing to both new and existing customers.
Slots & Portfolio Development
Work with the BOYLE Casino Commercial Team to develop and maintain an effective Slots and side game portfolio for Bingo customers.
Review game performance and identify relevant suppliers, themes and mechanics that appeal to the Bingo audience.
Support featured games, seasonal content, supplier activity and cross-sell opportunities.
Recommend changes to game placement, visibility and content mix using customer and commercial insight.
Commercial Performance
Monitor key performance metrics including active players, stakes, revenue, retention, player frequency and promotional engagement.
Assess the commercial impact of Slots and side game activity.
Provide regular updates on performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
Work with BI and internal stakeholders to improve reporting and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep BOYLE Bingo competitive.
Bingo Network & Supplier Management
Build strong relationships with the Bingo network and third-party partners.
Coordinate product improvements, room changes and content updates with suppliers.
Track actions, manage delivery timelines and resolve issues where required.
Challenge and collaborate with partners to maximise commercial opportunities for BOYLE Bingo.
Innovation & Proposition Development
Identify and support new initiatives including themed rooms, seasonal campaigns, jackpots, tournaments, community features and cross-sell opportunities.
Work with internal teams and the Bingo network to test new ideas that improve customer engagement and commercial performance.
Keep up to date with competitor activity and industry trends to identify relevant opportunities.
Community, Promotions & Customer Engagement
Support the development of a more engaging BOYLE Bingo community through events, content and customer communications.
Work closely with Promotions, CRM, ATL and BTL teams to deliver effective Bingo campaigns aligned to the wider Gaming calendar.
Provide product insight to support campaign planning, player targeting and promotional mechanics.
Review campaign performance and recommend improvements based on customer behaviour and commercial results.
Stakeholder & Operational Management
Coordinate Bingo activity across Commercial, Product, Promotions, CRM, Brand, Design, BI, Compliance and Operations teams.
Manage actions, timelines and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain documentation relating to product updates, campaigns and performance.
Support compliance, operational checks and customer-impacting investigations where required.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment across all Bingo activity.
Experience / Qualifications Required
Essential
Experience working in online Bingo, Gaming, Casino, Slots or a similar digital commercial environment.
Strong understanding of Bingo products, rooms, schedules, prizes and customer engagement.
Good understanding of how Slots and supporting game content contribute to a successful Bingo proposition.
Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
Experience working with suppliers, networks or third-party platform partners.
Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
High attention to detail across product, promotions and compliance.
Desirable
Direct experience managing or supporting an online Bingo product.
Experience working with a Bingo network or shared liquidity model.
Knowledge of Bingo promotional mechanics, customer segmentation and retention strategies.
Experience supporting Slots portfolios, supplier campaigns or game launches.
Experience working with CRM, BI, Product, Brand, Commercial or Operations teams.
Understanding of responsible gambling and regulatory compliance within online gaming.
