Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Bingo Co-ordinator to support the growth, optimisation and day-to-day management of the BOYLE Bingo product within the wider BOYLE Casino and Gaming proposition.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial background, hands-on Bingo experience and a good understanding of online gaming, including the role that Slots and supporting game content play within a successful Bingo proposition.
You will play a key role in managing the BOYLE Bingo product, optimising rooms, working closely with the Bingo network, supporting the right Slots and side game portfolio, and identifying ways to improve customer engagement, retention and revenue.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to work across internal teams and external partners. You will help shape a Bingo product that feels active, relevant, competitive and customer-focused, while supporting the wider BOYLE Casino strategy.
Key Responsibilities
BOYLE Bingo Product Management
Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of the BOYLE Bingo product.
Monitor Bingo rooms, schedules, liquidity, prizes, game mix and customer engagement to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the Bingo network to ensure the product is performing effectively and the customer experience is strong.
Review room performance and recommend changes to improve participation, retention and commercial return.
Ensure BOYLE Bingo remains competitive, engaging and aligned to customer expectations.
Support the delivery of new rooms, game formats, product updates and network-led initiatives.
Identify gaps in the current BOYLE Bingo proposition and recommend practical improvements.
Room Optimisation and Customer Experience
Regularly review room schedules, prize structures, customer volumes and engagement patterns.
Look for opportunities to improve room visibility, customer journeys and player participation.
Work with the Bingo network to test and optimise room performance.
Ensure the product feels active, easy to understand and appealing to both new and existing Bingo customers.
Support improvements to onsite navigation, product placement and Bingo content across BOYLE Casino.
Identify ways to make the BOYLE Bingo experience more entertaining, social and rewarding.
Slots, Side Games and Portfolio Development
Work with the wider BOYLE Casino Commercial Team to build and maintain the right Slots and side game portfolio for Bingo customers.
Review the performance of Slots and supporting game content within the Bingo journey.
Identify game types, suppliers, themes and mechanics that are likely to appeal to BOYLE Bingo customers.
Support the planning of Bingo-adjacent Slots activity, including featured games, supplier activity, seasonal content and cross-sell opportunities.
Help ensure the BOYLE Bingo proposition is supported by relevant gaming content that drives engagement, player frequency and customer value.
Work with Commercial, Product, BI and suppliers to understand game performance, customer behaviour and portfolio gaps.
Recommend changes to game placement, visibility and content mix based on customer engagement and commercial performance.
Commercial Performance
Track BOYLE Bingo performance across key metrics including active players, stakes, revenue, retention, player frequency and promotional engagement.
Monitor the commercial impact of Slots and side game activity linked to the Bingo proposition.
Use performance data to understand what is driving growth, where performance is under pressure and where opportunities exist.
Provide regular updates on Bingo performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
Support commercial planning by identifying ways to increase engagement, improve customer value and grow Bingo revenue.
Work with BI and internal stakeholders to improve Bingo reporting and insight.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to help keep BOYLE Bingo relevant and competitive.
Bingo Network and Supplier Management
Build strong working relationships with the Bingo network and relevant third-party partners.
Work with the network to deliver product improvements, room changes, content updates and customer engagement opportunities.
Track actions, requests and delivery timelines with external partners.
Escalate issues where needed and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
Challenge the network where appropriate to ensure BOYLE Casino is getting the right support, insight and opportunities.
Share internal performance context with the network to help shape recommendations and improvements.
Work with suppliers and internal teams to identify relevant game content and opportunities for BOYLE Bingo customers.
Innovation and Proposition Development
Identify new ways to improve and grow the BOYLE Bingo product.
Explore opportunities around new room concepts, themed events, community features, customer missions, tournaments, jackpots, seasonal activity, side games and cross-sell.
Work with internal teams and the Bingo network to test new ideas and improve the customer experience.
Support the development of a more distinctive BOYLE Bingo proposition that gives customers a reason to return.
Bring forward ideas that are commercially practical, customer-friendly and operationally deliverable.
Keep close to competitor activity and wider market innovation to identify relevant opportunities.
Look for ways to make BOYLE Bingo feel more active, social and entertaining.
Community and Customer Engagement
Support the development of an online BOYLE Bingo community that encourages regular play, loyalty and customer connection.
Help identify ways to make Bingo feel more social, interactive and engaging.
Work with internal teams to support community-led activity, content, events and customer communications.
Understand Bingo customer behaviour and use this insight to help shape future product and engagement plans.
Look for opportunities to improve the experience for both existing Bingo players and customers crossing over from BOYLE Casino or Slots.
Support activity that builds familiarity, trust and repeat engagement with the BOYLE Bingo brand.
Campaigns, Promotions and Customer Engagement
Work closely with the Promotions Team to support the planning and delivery of BOYLE Bingo campaigns and promotional activity.
Provide Bingo product and commercial input to help shape campaigns, mechanics, customer journeys and player targeting.
Partner with ATL and BTL teams to ensure Bingo promotions are delivered to the right players, through the right channels, with clear commercial objectives.
Support campaign briefs with product requirements, player insight, room information, relevant game content and performance context.
Ensure Bingo activity is aligned to the wider BOYLE Casino promotional calendar and does not conflict with broader Gaming or customer engagement plans.
Support the delivery of Slots-led activity where it is relevant to Bingo customers or the wider BOYLE Bingo proposition.
Review campaign performance with the Promotions Team, CRM, BI and wider stakeholders to understand what worked, what did not, and where activity can be improved.
Help identify customer segments, player behaviours and engagement opportunities that can inform future Bingo promotional planning.
Ensure BOYLE Bingo campaigns are customer-friendly, compliant, commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
Stakeholder and Operational Management
Co-ordinate BOYLE Bingo activity across internal teams including Promotions, ATL, BTL, CRM, Brand, Design, Product, BI, Compliance, Operations and the wider Commercial Team.
Ensure key actions, timelines and dependencies are clearly managed.
Support the briefing process for Bingo product updates, Slots activity, campaigns, creative, CRM and onsite activity.
Maintain clear documentation across Bingo activity, performance updates, actions and decisions.
Work with Compliance and Operations to ensure Bingo activity is delivered in line with regulatory and operational requirements.
Support issue resolution, product checks and customer-impacting investigations where required.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ensure the right people are informed at the right time.
Experience / Qualifications Required
Essential
Experience working in online Bingo, Gaming, Casino, Slots, or a similar digital commercial environment.
Strong understanding of Bingo products, rooms, schedules, prizes, customer behaviour and engagement drivers.
Good understanding of how Slots, side games and supporting content can contribute to a strong Bingo proposition.
Commercially minded with the ability to understand performance, identify opportunities and recommend action.
Experience working with suppliers, networks or third-party platform partners.
Comfortable reviewing data and using insight to improve product performance.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, especially across customer journeys, product changes, promotions and compliance.

Direct experience managing or supporting an online Bingo product.
