- Support continuous monitoring and observability, using cloud-native or third-party tooling.
- Follow governance and FinOps guidelines as defined by the Cloud Management Office.
- Ensure IaC and automation artefacts are version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and documented.
Agile & Collaboration
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Work closely with the Platform Engineering Lead and Cloud Services Manager to deliver consistent, predictable sprint outcomes.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and provide estimates and technical input for upcoming work.
- Promote a DevOps mindset — driving collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance platform automation, performance, and developer experience.
- Experiment with emerging cloud and DevOps technologies, sharing knowledge across the team.
- Contribute to internal documentation and reusable code libraries to improve team efficiency.
- Support the development of self-service capabilities for application and delivery teams.
