Role Purpose
The Gaming Operations Executive supports the delivery of best-in-class digital gaming campaigns and customer experiences by executing the day-to-day operational requirements across the Gaming department. Acting as a key point of contact between Promotions, Customer Service, and Operations, the role ensures the smooth and accurate implementation of bonuses, promotional tools, and campaign mechanics, while helping to streamline processes, reduce errors, and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Promotions and Campaign teams in building, setting up, and testing bonus templates and rewards.
Provide operational assistance for campaign delivery across all brands and markets.
Support with reporting tasks as needed, including assisting with promotional and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Ensure all offers are accurately configured, QA’d, and functioning before going live.
Monitor live campaigns to ensure flawless execution and optimal customer experience.
Escalate and support the resolution of operational issues raised by Customer Services.
Liaise with Compliance to ensure all promotions meet regulatory and responsible gambling standards.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Maintain and improve playbooks and documentation for recurring tasks and seasonal events.
Assist with managing the operational calendar to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
Provide day-to-day support for ad hoc tasks and cross-team collaboration with Gaming, CRM, Product, and Operations.
Key Skills & Experience
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Experience in a digital or online gaming environment is an advantage. Online casino knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
Confident working with internal tools and systems, including bonus platforms and content set-up tools.
Familiarity with third-party back-office systems (e.g. game providers, CRM tools) is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
Experience using Monday.com or similar task management platforms is preferred.
A clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and compliance in a regulated industry.
Basic understanding of responsible gambling and regulatory obligations across markets.
