The Role

We are looking for a strategic, detail-driven, and people-focused Gaming Promotions Manager to lead the execution of ATL (Above-The-Line) Casino promotions and oversee Gaming Operations delivery.

This is a key leadership role that manages a team of Promotions Executives and Operations Executives, ensuring flawless campaign execution, process efficiency, and continual optimisation. You’ll drive creative ATL campaigns that engage and retain customers across key verticals (Slots, Live Casino, Jackpots) while ensuring operational excellence and alignment across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Promotions Leadership

• Own the end-to-end delivery of ATL promotions across Casino, including monthly campaign calendars, seasonal events, and new game launches
• Collaborate with Commercial, CRM, Content, and Creative to design value-led promotions tailored to core markets (GB, IRE, NI)
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, brand tone, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement, retention, revenue impact) and share performance insights to inform future planning

Operational Oversight

• Manage the promotional operations workflow including bonus configuration, testing, approvals, and go-live
• Work closely with the BI team to analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to refine strategy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign documentation and ensure timely communication across teams

Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of Promotions Executives and Operations Executives
• Set clear goals, priorities, and workloads to ensure efficient and timely delivery
• Support team growth through coaching, development plans, and performance reviews
• Foster a collaborative, proactive culture that encourages innovation and accountability

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Act as the central point of coordination between Gaming, CRM, Product, Compliance, and BI
• Ensure promotional delivery is aligned with product roadmaps, customer touchpoints, and brand activity
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency across campaign processes

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Solid experience in a similar role within the online gaming/casino sector
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or direct reports
• In-depth knowledge of promotional mechanics, bonus tools, and compliance requirements
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to shape future campaigns
• Confident communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes

Desirable:

• Familiarity with bonus engines, CRM systems, and workflow tools such as Monday.com and Teams
• Understanding of UKGC and Irish compliance regulations around bonuses and promotions
• Experience delivering both ATL and BTL campaign strategies
