CRM Campaign Executive - Gaming
Job Description
In this role, as a member of the Gaming Lifecycle team, you are integral to the success of Gaming (Casino/Live Casino) campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring their smooth execution across all markets and lifecycle stages. Your goal is to enhance key KPIs by driving retention, minimizing churn, winning back customers, and encouraging upsell and cross-sell efforts. Through your insights and strategic thinking, you'll help elevate the player experience and contribute to long-term value.
Success requires a solid understanding of Casino and Live Casino and a genuine passion for the games, enabling you to connect with and inspire customers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop Data-Driven Strategies: Help craft a comprehensive lifecycle strategy, considering compliance, market conditions, and competition and working closely with Trading, Marketing, BI and Product teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Fine-tune automated early lifecycle journeys, updating teams on market insights, competition intelligence, and best practices.
- Execute High-Quality Campaigns: Produce timely, customer-centric, and innovative campaigns with a data-driven approach. Develop and deliver local, personalized and targeted campaigns using channels such as onsite messaging, email, SMS, push notifications and Social Media.
- Ensure Seamless Execution: Oversee campaign execution and delivery, keeping stakeholders informed on performance and outcomes.
- Analyse and Forecast Performance: Analyse campaign performance and forecasting future program success.
- Manage Creative Development: From brief to delivery, ensure creative processes focus on customer insights and engagement.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Work with creative and technical teams to ensure communications align with brand guidelines.
- Optimize Customer Touchpoints: Identify conversion opportunities and implement the right actions and communications.
- Stay Compliant: Keep up-to-date with regulatory standards and consumer protection laws.
- Report Success: Regularly update senior stakeholders on campaign success, showcasing a deep understanding of customer motivations.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a gaming or tech company.
- Proven Track Record: Ability to develop and implement campaigns based on customer needs and profiles.
- Communication Skills: Confident in presenting to and communicating with core stakeholders across the business.
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sports (local and international) and casino products.
- Data Insights: Ability to extract and utilize customer insights from data.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Campaign Management: Experience in managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with CRM tools (Adobe Campaign, Braze or Optimove)
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Communication: Fluency in verbal and written English.
