The Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer focused and performance driven Shop Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure the smooth and successful daily operation of our shop. As a Shop manager you will be the driving force for the team, delivering outstanding customer service and a warm welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

· Oversee the daily operations ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

· Delivering the best service and customer standards, extending that personal touch from instore to online

· Assess, mentor and develop the team to meet performance expectations and to reach their full potential

· Promote offers and products to maximise revenue opportunities

What we are looking for

· Previous Management experience, ideally within the betting industry

· A passion for engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional experience

· Detail Orientated – ensuring compliance and consistency across all tasks and processes

· Relationship builder – listens actively whilst being skilled in managing team dynamics and diverse personalities

· Professional maturity - demonstrate composure, perspective and sound judgement, particularly when navigating challenging situations

· Excellent communicator - ability to understand and resolve complex issues and communicate them clearly and effectively to your team and our customers.
