Role Responsibilities
BOYLE Sports currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our team. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of business targets across the Estate.
The Property Department oversee a broad range of services including commercial and residential management as well as lettings. We are seeking an enthusiastic adaptable individual with a positive can-do attitude. Full training and comprehensive induction will be provided at commencement of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between landlords and tenants, local authorities and contractors.
Assist in coordinating reactive facilities management reactive works.
Processing Residential Tenancy Board (RTB) Registrations.
Support with rent collection, financial reporting and maintain tenant schedules.
Provide administrative support to the Property Team including data entry, file management, scheduling appointments and services.
Assist in marketing properties by building relationships with estate agencies and prospective tenants.
Support the maintenance of the commercial rates register and process insurance and service charge information.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for the property department.
Provide cover for the Property Executive during periods of leave.
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and good numerical ability.
Ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
Proven ability to multitask, manage varied workloads, and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 2 year’s experience in an administrative role.
Experience in property and/or facilities management preferred.
