Location: Gibraltar (Hybrid)
Successful candidate will be required to work from GIB office minimum 3 days per week.
Role
This role involves managing and optimising PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads to drive performance against KPIs. It includes analysing data, adjusting campaigns, running tests, and reporting on results.
The ideal candidate has PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and can independently manage campaigns while continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day execution of paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads
Monitor campaign performance, optimise activity, and manage budgets to ensure delivery against KPIs
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for scaling and improving efficiency
Execute A/B testing and implement test-and-learn strategies to enhance campaign performance
Support promotional and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and conversions
Ensure accurate tracking and measurement across campaigns, collaborating with internal teams where required
Produce clear and insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports, highlighting trends and performance insights
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in PPC marketing, ideally within Sportsbook or Gaming (Casino)
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Ads (essential)
Microsoft Ads and/or Apple Adsf (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Skills & Competencies:
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to interpret performance data and make informed optimisation decisions
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn new tools and platforms
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, BI, and Creative teams
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Demonstrates a test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience in Sportsbook / Gaming industry and Knowledge of sports betting markets an advantage.
