Reports to: Head of Sports - Trading

Location: BOYLE Sports (Dundalk HQ / Gibraltar / UK Remote)

Your role:

BOYLE Sports is seeking a highly motivated Sports Trader to join our dynamic Trading team. In this role, you will help deliver a best-in-class sports betting proposition across all business channels. You will be responsible for daily sports pricing, risk management, and identifying new opportunities across key sports, with a particular focus on football.

You will work closely with the Head of Sports, taking an active role in managing trading performance, monitoring customer activity, and ensuring we deliver competitive pricing and market‑leading products that maximize performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Sports Pricing: Deliver accurate and competitive daily sports prices across all Boylesports platforms.

·         Liability Management: Monitor and manage business liabilities across all sports and markets.

·         Customer Monitoring: Review customer betting activity to help maintain margin performance and manage risk.

·         Product Excellence: Support the development and delivery of a market‑leading Sportsbook product across all channels.

·         Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sports and Sportsbook Operations to enhance our trading strategy and overall proposition.

·         Market Lifecycle Management: Create and manage the full lifecycle of various sports betting markets.

·         Decision-Making: Make informed, data‑led trading decisions in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.

·         Platform Oversight: Ensure the presentation and display of all sports markets is accurate, competitive, and customer‑focused.

·         Internal Liaison: Collaborate with key business functions, including Customer Service, to resolve trading‑related queries efficiently.

Requirements:

·         Strong statistical analysis and market interpretation skills to compile pricing and identify betting opportunities.

·         Prior trading experience within the sports betting or gambling industry.

·         Experience in Basketball, Rugby, or Tennis trading is beneficial but not essential.

·         Excellent mathematical ability, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

·         Highly motivated, solution‑oriented individual who thrives in a challenging environment.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
