FAB Agent
A FAB agent is expected to provide a friendly and efficient phone service to all BOYLE Sports customers.
Role Purpose:
To provide a friendly and efficient phone service to all BOYLESports customers.
Location: Dundalk Head Office
Key Responsibilities (Main Duties):
• Provide a friendly and efficient bet placement service to BOYLE Sports customers
• Provide support & assistance to online customers during working hours
• Process all customer requests that require additional administration duties
Meet Organisational Objectives:
• Play a critical role in the delivery of the organisations objective of being customer service focused
• Provide frontline support to all of our customers both internally & externally
• Provide support to marketing campaigns
Performance measurements:
• Meet and exceed performance standards set out in the call monitoring process
• Demonstrate commitment through punctuality and attendance
Training:
• Undertake to learn new skills and knowledge as your job requires
• Take an interest in sporting events
BOYLE Sports Call Centre agents must have:
• Excellent telephone manner
• An ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm with BOYLE Sports customers
• Aptitude to deliver a customer focused service
• Enthusiasm and self motivated
• A logical and accurate approach to work and the ability to learn new skills quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PC skills including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are desirable but not mandatory
